Project Objective: We are lucky in that many of our houses are on the water. With this new Adirondack-style home, the lot was small and the house is a modest 2400 square feet, but the living spaces are wide open to the views. To ensure privacy we kept the service spaces on the busy road side and placed the front entry on the side. We wanted to provide our client with a variety of experiences of the outdoors; the lake side offers a deck, covered porch and screen porch spaces, as well as ready access to the yard.
