    Our work includes residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including new construction, additions, and renovations. Special areas of focus include sustainable design, energy efficiency, and historic structures. In addition to new construction, we focus on adaptive reuse of existing buildings: for example, converting an old home to a restaurant, or a cottage to a year-round residence; or modifying existing houses so that the owners can remain in them in comfort as they grow older.

    We are licensed in Maine, New York, and New Jersey. We are NCARB certified and can obtain a license as needed anywhere in the United States.
